Clones Business Technology Park

clonesEnterprising Monaghan in partnership with the Clones Regeneration Partnership undertook the construction of new enterprise workspace which is known as the Clones Business Technology Park. The primary objective in establishing this enterprise centre in Clones was to enhance the potential for indigenous enterprise development and stimulate employment activity by creating workspace facilities. These workspaces include provision for incubation of locally innovative enterprise in both the private and social economy sector. 

The Clones Business Technology Park consists of a two storey 750 sq. metres detached building, which is divided into nine separate units, Civil Defence unit, conference rooms, kitchen and toilet areas. There is also ample car parking facilities. It was built by Annvale Construction Limited, Armagh and was completed in May 2006. Funding for the building was secured from a number of agencies as follows:

  • International Fund for Ireland
  • Border Action
  • Monaghan County Enterprise Board
  • Monaghan County Council

This modern landscaped development is situated at Jubilee Road, Clones strategically located to both Enniskillen (A34) and Monaghan town (N54).  See map >>
